When we begin working together to establish the details and requirements of your project, we’ll be able to more accurately determine what kind of timeline is required.  

To establish a start date, some factors to consider include homeowner needs the time of the year as warmer weather may be essential to the greatest execution.  Larger projects also require plans drawn and permits issued before starting.  We will walk you through your project requirements and create a timeline and start date based on these requirements and your preference.

Anthony Homes creates a detailed project proposal which includes a payment structure that outlines all payments amounts and which stages of construction they are due. Accepted methods of payment are cheque or e-transfer.
