How does payment work?
Anthony Homes creates a detailed project proposal which includes a payment structure that outlines all payments amounts and which stages of construction they are due. Accepted methods of payment are cheque or e-transfer.
How does project scheduling work? When can you start?
When we begin working together to establish the details and requirements of your project, we’ll be able to more accurately determine what kind of timeline is required. To establish a start date, some factors to consider include homeowner needs the time of the year as warmer weather may be essential to the greatest execution. Larger projects also require plans drawn and permits issued before starting. We will walk you through your project requirements and create a timeline and start date based on these requirements and your preference.
Where do the products you use come from?
All project requirements differ, but we have built up a network of suppliers over the course of 25 years in the industry. We have relationships with reputable manufacturers and businesses that allow us to pass on their quality and our savings to you. We strive to use local resources as much as possible.
